Warranty
All items are fully warrantied for 6 months. Our six month warranty includes machine hardware, software and peripherals, provided as part of the placed order (e.g. hardware damaged during shipping). Our warranty does not include “as is” equipment, laptop batteries or battery lifespan, physical damage incurred after successful shipment, water damage, and software related issues outside what is expected from a computer reseller (e.g. program compatibility, drivers after reinstall or upgrade, virus infections, or failure to perform routine maintenance, etc.).
